Thanks for using WAJUDAY. When you write to us, please include your device model, iOS version and what happened.
Where are my notes stored?
Only on this device. They are never sent to our servers, so not even we can see them.
Can I move my notes to a new phone?
Restoring a new device from a backup (such as iCloud) can bring them along. You can also save everything as a JSON file in Settings › Export data.
I’m not getting notifications
Check that notifications for WAJUDAY are allowed in iOS Settings › Notifications. Do Not Disturb or Focus may delay them. You can also check Settings › Widget & notifications in the app.
Dictation doesn’t work
Make sure Microphone and Speech Recognition are allowed in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security. Try again somewhere quiet, or just type.
It got the date or name wrong
Open the memory to fix its name and date. The app remembers your corrections (see Settings › Words you taught me).
How do I erase everything?
Tap Settings › Erase all and confirm. This cannot be undone, so export first if you need a copy.
How do I turn off usage stats?
Turn off Settings › Share anonymous usage stats. We never receive your notes, only numbers like how often the app is used.
