1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of WAJUDAY : What did you do? (the "app") provided by Type3Soft ("we"). By installing and using the app you agree to them.

2. The service

The app records what you say or type on your device, answers with dates, and reminds you about plans and recurring things. No account is needed.

3. Your data

Your notes are stored only on your device, not on our servers. If you lose your device or delete the app, we cannot recover them. Use Settings › Export data or device backups to keep a copy.

4. Reminders and understanding

Notifications may be delayed or not delivered depending on device settings. Date and name recognition follows rules and can be wrong; you can correct it anytime. Please double-check important appointments another way.

5. Your responsibilities

Use the app lawfully, and do not send content through sharing that infringes others’ rights.

6. Changes to the service

We may change features or discontinue parts of the service, and will announce important changes in the app or on this page.

7. Limitation of liability

Except for our intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for loss of notes due to device failure, loss or deletion, or for delayed notifications.

8. Intellectual property

The app’s design, text and mascot belong to us. The notes you create belong to you.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
